Then, software tests and checks of the device are performed. After the detailed cleaning of the device is completed, the maintenance process is completed.
How do we check batteries?
During the service process, all batteries in the battery cabin are first visually inspected by our expert technical team to see if there are any problems such as swelling, oxidation, etc.
After the visual inspection of the batteries, the batteries are individually measured using our regularly calibrated HIOKI brand battery tester, and the battery checks are completed.
About Our Service Report and Battery Report
As Watteries, our service process is integrated with the digital world. The entire service process is photographed in detail with a mobile device. All problems detected during the service process are instantly stated in the report.
After the service, the battery measurement report received from the HIOKI device is examined by our expert engineer team and the battery report is completed.
The service form and Battery Report, which are created digitally within 1-2 days after the service process, are delivered to the customer and the service process is completed.
